Forward Leandro Benegas is calm despite not having a scoring presence in Colo Colo considering that he has only played two official matches in the return of Chilean football.

The striker attended the media present at the Monumental Stadium this Thursday during the press conference, in which he was consulted for his scoring foul with the alba shirt because he still cannot celebrate with the Cacique’s clothing in the matches he has played at the beginning of Chilean soccer.
“I am super calm because the first goal always costs, we have been in football for a couple of years now and we know how to handle that anxiety of shouting the first goal. I left the previous game with great joy because we won and got the first points of the year”, he announced at the beginning.
But, along the same lines, the attacker considered that “Obviously there are movements and things that adjust as the games go by, what DT wants. Last year it was a well-oiled team that knew the movements and that today perhaps costs a little more because there are many of us new”.
Finally, he contextualized by pointing out that “We are looking to try to achieve the Colo Colo of last year, we are always looking for better things. I speak in that sense. If I can score and we win, the happiness will be doubled, but we are working for it and hopefully it will come soon”.
Leandro Benegas is preparing to face his third official match with Colo Colo, when this Sunday, January 29, they must visit O’Higgins at the El Teniente Stadium in Rancagua starting at 6:00 p.m.
