Anantara Villa Padierna Marbella proposes to discover this summer the Lebanese gastronomy from Olà Beirut on the terrace of the Hole 55 restaurant. Throughout the summer season customers can enjoy a Middle Eastern style evening and taste a selection of Lebanese dishes in this pop up, which will also have a take away service. As a complement to set the oriental-themed nights, the terrace, located next to the golf course, will become a space for shishas and a cocktail bar.
Olà Beirut offers authentic traditional lebanese food, made with high quality products. Fresh ingredients are obtained from the market every day to cook them with a subtle harmony of herbs and spices, a gastronomy that produces delicate combinations of flavors and aromas and which give their names to dishes as suggestive as Baked cauliflower with Tahini sauce (Arnabeet meshwe) and grilled minced lamb and beef skewers with white rice (Kafta Mashwi)falafel with tomato and arugula.
Any more suggestions? Ground chickpea with minced meat and pine nuts (Mutabal), empanadasllas and also the sweet proposals, such as the pistachio cheesecake or milk pudding with rose water.
