On Thursday afternoon there was an argument between three skiers and a snowboarder (27) on a ski slope in Lech.

On Thursday, December 29, 2022, at around 12:05 p.m., a 27-year-old snowboarder was skiing downhill in Lech on ski slope 200, coming from the Kriegerhorn mountain station. A few meters from the mountain station, there was a collision with a previously unknown skier, resulting in a verbal argument between the 27-year-old, the unknown skier involved and his two male companions.

Two of the skiers beat the snowboarder and severely injured him with punches in the face. The three skiers then fled down slope 200.

Perpetrator description:

  • 1. Skier, male, about 23 years old, stubbly beard
  • 2. Skier (companion), male, approximately 50-55 years old, round face with dark gray stubbly beard, wore a white jacket with black trousers
  • 3. Skier (companion), male, about 25 years old, stubbly beard
