The Legislature approved this Thursday the budget for the next fiscal year 2023-2024, amounting to $12 million.
Said budget is the largest in the history of Puerto Rico. The project, which has more than 200 pages, is now going to be signed by the governor, Pedro Pierluisi Urrutia.
The measure had 44 votes in favor and three against in the House of Representatives, while in the Senate it obtained 19 in favor and seven against.
