The Stars of Season 4 of “LOL”
Comedy greats like Max Giermann (47), Kurt Krömer (48), Martina Hill (48) and Hazel Brugger (29) came back as repeat offenders in Michael “Bully” Herbigs (54) Lach-Zentrale, while comedy icon Cordula Stratmann (59) alongside Jan van Weyde (43), Joko Winterscheid (44), Elton (52), Michael Mittermeier (57) and Moritz Bleibtreu (51) embarked on the laugh ban adventure for the first time this season.
Whether on TV with the “Bullyparade” or the cinema slapstick “Der Schuh des Manitou”, what Michael “Bully” Herbig tackles is an absolute laughing stock – in a positive sense. And at least since more than 11.7 million people saw Bully’s first work on the big screen, ER is the man who brings us out of the basement to laugh.

The actually Japanese original “Hitoshi Matsumoto” was adapted for the German TV market and became a mega hit. BILD has seen the last episodes of Season 4 and can summarize: THAT has never happened before!

The grand finale of “LOL”
Never before has so much ambition and tenacity been shown in a “LOL” finale. Two candidates fought for victory, so that Bully had to bring out very special artillery at the end.
This happens in the last episode: The countdown to the end of the six hours only shows a few minutes. Opposite are Michael Mittermeier and Kurt Krömer. Bully announces: “Now we have two very tough chunks, we have to help a little.”
He sends the candidates who have already been eliminated to the studio. “Absolutely dangerous. That’s inhuman,” Elton summarizes the situation. Mittermeier is determined: “Now you want to win!”
Even after the eight ex-competitors return to the studio, Mittermeier and Krömer remain rigid – nobody looks or goes away. The situation culminated when Max Giermann was called up to dub Kurt Krömer and Hazel Brugger to dub Michael Mittermeier. Both finalists are only allowed to move their lips.
Suddenly there is loud laughter from the audience, but neither Krömer nor Mittermeier can do anything about it.
At the end, Bully steps in again: “Michael Mittermeier and Kurt Krömer share the trophy,” he says in her direction.
This is a “LOL” sensation, because there have never been two winners. “It couldn’t have ended any better” are Mittermeier’s final words. And viewers are already looking forward to the next season. However, no start date is known yet.
