The gentleman burglar will finally be back, in October on Netflix.
After a first teaser released almost a year ago (in September 2022!), we finally got some new images of Lupine part 3 with an exclusive excerpt unveiled on the occasion of the Tudum 2023the global event (organized this year in Brazil) where Netflix presents its upcoming programs.
More than two years after part 2, released in June 2021, we will finally find Omar Sy in the shoes of Assane Diop on October 5 on the platform. In these new images, our gentleman burglar wanders over the rooftops of Paris, not far from Place Vendôme, under the gaze of the police, who are watching him closely. Even if he confused Pellegrini, he is far from being cleared in the eyes of justice…
Launched in 2021, the series created by George Kay and François Uzan, inspired by novels Arsène Lupin by Maurice Leblanc, had been a huge global hit on Netflix. 76 million households had watched the first part the month of its launch, a record at the time for a non-English language series on the platform.
The synopsis of Lupine part 3 :
“Now in hiding, Assane must learn to live far from Claire and their son Raoul. But faced with the suffering they are enduring through his fault, Assane can no longer hold on and decides to return to Paris to make them a somewhat crazy proposal. : to leave France and start another life elsewhere. Except that the ghosts of the past are never far away… and that an unexpected return will upset his whole plan”
