In January 2021, it was announced that Swedish developer MachineGames was working on an Indiana Jones game, a project we know very little about as it hasn’t been shown off yet. However, there have been rumors that MachineGames is also developing a new Wolfenstein adventure in parallel.
Many were unsure if the studio was big enough to develop two big games at the same time, but it actually appears to be the case. The highly trusted insider Claw glasses have noted that UI/UX Designer Melissa Petrucci recently moved from MachineGames to another Swedish developer, Embark Studios (ARC Raiders). She has therefore updated her LinkedInprofile and added that she “worked on the upcoming Indiana Jones game and another unannounced project” when she was with the previous developer.
The “other unannounced project” could be pretty much anything, of course, but we think a new Wolfenstein is a pretty good guess. What do you think it is?
