Ahead of the upcoming coronation ceremony in May, the Wax Museum has unveiled a new Camilla figure. Soon you can admire them in the exhibition.

LONDON – London’s tourist attraction Madame Tussauds has added a new wax figure of Britain’s Queen Camilla to its exhibition.

As announced by the wax museum, the lifelike image of the 75-year-old will be in a new department from Friday together with figures of King Charles (74), his deceased parents Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip as well as Prince William (40) and Princess Kate ( 41) to be seen. William is Charles’ eldest son and heir apparent.

Charles and Camilla are to be crowned King and Queen of Great Britain at Westminster Abbey on May 6. With the announcement a good week in advance, Madame Tussauds should also have an eye on the expected flow of visitors. “While for many people this will be their first experience of a coronation, the coronation of King Charles III. the eighth to celebrate Madame Tussauds London,” said tourist attraction chief Tim Waters.

The new Camilla character wears a dark blue dress by designer Anna Valentine and a replica tiara with matching chain once worn by Queen Elizabeth II. It is Camilla’s second wax figure at Madame Tussauds in London. dpa
