The confirmation of Made in Abyss 3 came (via ScreenRant) at a special event in Japan scheduled for January 15, directly from the production committee Of Made in Abyss. No details about the project have been revealed yet.
With production taking its first steps, it wouldn’t be wrong to think that Made in Abyss 3 will continue following the path of the manga from which it is based.
