Malaga, the fifth province with the most 'tech' job offers: more than 1,500

In the last three months, more than 1,500 job offers for digital professionals attached to Malaga have been published, which ranks as the fifth province in the country with the most job opportunities published in the last three months. This is reflected in the Employment Map published by Fundación Telefónica, which draws on vacancies published in the last three months on the Infojobs, Tecnoempleo and Ticjob portals. The study outlines the current situation of the profiles and digital skills most in demand by companies throughout the Spanish territory and its different provinces. Nationwide, 87,391 offers are reached, of which 30,500 are for remote work. The provinces that lead the ranking are Madrid (with 22,197 vacancies), Barcelona (12,443), Valencia (2,736), Vizcaya (1,790), Seville (1,556) and Malaga (1,532).

The Employment Map is defined as an “interactive tool that, thanks to Big Data technology, analyzes the job offer in Spain and shows the most demanded professions and digital skills, as well as their evolution over time.”

According to this study, the most demanded positions in Malaga are ‘digital project manager’ (with 198 published offers), software developer (193), ICT technical professional (142), systems administrator (136), software architect (96) , ‘community manager’ (87), ICT consultant (81), digital marketing specialist (81), ‘devops’ engineer (76), ‘front-end’ developer (59) and ‘full stack’ developer (53)
