A man identified as Carlos R. Milián Dávila, 38, was arrested at around 10:03 p.m. on Sunday, for a violent incident that occurred in a residence in the Jardines de Río Grande urbanization.
According to the preliminary police report, the suspect assaulted his consensual partner with his hands and pointed a firearm at his daughter.
When the authorities arrived at the scene, they arrested the man and seized six bags of cocaine, a crack capsule, a .556 caliber rifle which has no serial number and the make and model are unknown.
An argument would have occurred in the place; the nephew was visiting Puerto Rico.
Related to the facts, a white Toyota Corolla vehicle from the year 2022 was seized.
The case was referred to the Fajardo Domestic Violence Division, who will continue the investigation.
An alleged friend of the victim was injured.
