Juarez City.– Elements of the State Investigation Agency (AEI) arrested Jesús Alfonzo OJ, 27 years old, in flagrante delicto, when he found himself in possession of three firearms, three chargers and six bullets.
In a statement issued by the Prosecutor’s Office, it indicates that the arrest occurred at the intersection of De las Torres and Ramón Rayón avenues, when, during a routine check, the following was found:
• A black pistol marked Taurus Millennial G2, 9mm caliber, with a black two-round magazine.
• A black pistol with the CZP-09 9X19, 9mm caliber, supplied with a magazine with two bullets.
• A brown and gray pistol, marked Gock 17 Gen4 Austria 9×19, with a magazine and two bullets.
• A Chevrolet Tahoe brand vehicle, 2008 model in gray color with black wheels with Chihuahua state license plate.
The detainee and the insured were placed at the disposal of the Federal Public Ministry who will be in charge of following up on the corresponding investigations for crimes against the Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives.
