A man was murdered at 12:21 am this Monday, at kilometer 1.3 of PR-187, in front of the spa in the direction of Piñones to Isla Verde.
The deceased was identified as 34-year-old Jason Gabriel Castro Ramos, a San Juan resident.
Castro Ramos’s body was found lying on the pavement. He had multiple gunshot wounds.
A 2021 gold Vespa GTS 300 motorboat was occupied at the site, in which the deceased travels and 11 casings were removed.
The Homicide Division of the Carolina Criminal Investigation Corps (CIC) investigates.
According to the ICF report, the cause of death was manual strangulation.
