In the comic The Infinite Abyss we saw some clones of Thanos, created by the Titan, with his power, mentality and with a mixture of DNA from powerful beings of the Marvel Universe. The problem is that they turned out to be unstable and would be obsessed with destroying all existing life in the cosmos.
The clones were Armored, Mystic, X, Warrior, and Omega, who had DNA from Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Professor X, Gladiator, and Galactus.
