A gunman aimed indiscriminately at passers-by in a mall near Dallas. Children as young as five are among the victims.

The year is just 125 days old when America already has almost 200 gun tragedies, each with more than four dead or seriously injured. The most recent “mass shooting” occurred on Saturday afternoon during prime shopping time at a shopping mall in Allen, a suburb of the Texan metropolis Dallas.
