Conor McGregor has been denounced by a woman for an alleged sexual assault on the night of the fourth game of the NBA final between the Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets. The UFC fighter, who has denied the accusations through his lawyers, would have “violently” raped the victim inside the men’s bathroom at the Kaseya Center in Miami, according to reports TMZ.

The plaintiff’s lawyer, Ariel Mitchell, has recounted the facts in his complaint. According to his version, the security of the NBA and the Heat’s own pavilion played a transcendental role by separating the woman from the friend with whom she had gone to the game. Later, “they forced her into a bathroom where McGregor and his security guard were already in” previously.

Besides, “security refused to let the woman out or allow anyone else into the bathroom”, as stated in Mitchell’s lawsuit. Once inside the room, the wrestler “put his tongue in the victim’s mouth and kissed her aggressively” to, subsequently, allegedly forcing her to perform oral sex and attempt to penetrate her.

Escape without her bag

The lawyer’s version reveals that the complainant was able to escape from the bathroom by repeatedly elbowing her. Although he forgot his bag inside the bathroom when he fled, he was later able to get it back. Once outside the pavilion, he reported the events to the local authorities. Mitchell, according to TMZdefends that his client prefers to reach an agreement between the parties than to hold a trial.

Meanwhile, McGregor’s lawyers, who that same night were involved in a show at halftime that ended with the Miami Heat mascot in the hospital after receiving two punches, deny the major. “The accusations are false and Mr. McGregor will not be intimidated”they have settled.
