Leeds United could soon present a successor for the sacked Jesse Marsch. As the ‘Yorkshire Evening Post’ reports, Javi Gracia is now the favorite for the vacant post at the Whites. Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano also reports on specific talks between the English and the Spanish trainer. Nevertheless, there is still another candidate in the running.

Gracia is no stranger to the island, having guided Watford FC to the FA Cup final in 2018/19. In the following season, however, the 52-year-old had to retire early after a desolate start to the league. In addition, the ex-professional coached FC Málaga, FC Valencia and Rubin Kazan, among others. Most recently, Gracia was on the sidelines at Qatari club Al Sadd.
