Wherever she appears, the whispering starts: Duchess Meghan (41). Now, for the first time since announcing her Coronation crackers shown publicly. Beaming – while some Royal observers laughed, however.
As a reminder, Meghan rejected King Charles’ (74) invitation to his coronation and will not travel to England with Harry. It’s THE missed chance for reconciliation! Instead, she remains with her children (3, 1) in sheltered California. The perfect reason: Son Archie turns four on May 6th – Coronation Day.
So instead of bringing the kid to Grandpa Charles, Papa Harry (38) complete a London quickie – and quickly jet back to his family after the coronation.
Amidst this unrest, Meghan has now emerged, reveals at a TED conference. She announced via video her photographer friend Misan Harriman, who has already snapped some very intimate shots of her and Harry.
And the Duchess looks different somehow. The hair was a bit lighter and smoothed more than usual, the smile felt a tad whiter. Her narrower face gleams in the spotlight, her eyes also sparkle a little brighter than usual.
Immediately there was whispering on social media! Was Meghan at the Beauty Doc? Quasi into the “Hollywood magic ball?” – away from the natural and towards the perfect.
Other fans are whispering that Harry’s sweetheart reportedly wears contact lenses and is now styling her hair to look like Princess Kate, 41.
Twitter users commented: “Meghan Markle, jealous and obsessed with the Princess of Wales, wears hazel contact lenses to look like Kate.” Other people online agree: “Bad Kate clone!”
If you take a closer look, American Meghan’s face looks really narrower than it was a few months ago. But that could also be due to a completely natural miracle weapon: make-up – paired with good lighting conditions. Or falling pounds.
The fact that Meghan’s freckles are said to no longer be seen in the video is the next thorn in the side of Royal fans. “Plastic surgery alert?” wrote one Twitter user promptly.
A veritable discussion ensued: “Face lift, new pearl white veneers over the teeth, fillers out of the lips and into the top of the cheeks, Buccal-Fett removed …” are just some of the assumptions. Because Meghan just looks different somehow.
The surgical removal of buccal fat is the latest (not undisputed) craze in Hollywood: The procedure involves cutting out the inner cheek fat. The goal of the surgery: a visually more striking face.
But there are also people who defend the Duchess: “Meghan had no cosmetic surgery. It’s all about light, angles and contouring. And straightening your hair is something a lot of black women do. It has nothing to do with ‘erasing all traces of origin’”.
Another comment under Screenshots from Meghan’s TED Talk appearance is whether Meghan isn’t trying to look more like J.Lo, Kim Kardashian or Jennifer Aniston. Or like fellow actress Megan Fox. In other words: a large portion of Hollywood beauty glamour.
While Meghan or her rep have yet to comment on the beauty speculation, it is said from her immediate environmentthat cosmetic surgery is nonsense. She would have simply lost the baby pounds after the birth of her daughter Lilibet (1).
Whether beauty helpers and Katie copies or not – Meghan finally enjoyed the evening giggling and cuddling with her Harry. And with sweaty professional athletes: She watched the Los Angeles Lakers basketball game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
When the cameras spotted them and showed them on screen, they both laughed – and Harry indicated that he wanted to kiss his Meghan, after which his lover jokingly rejected him.
