Meizu 20 Pro benchmarks Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, images and more details revealed

The Meizu 20 Pro has already appeared in some images and today he had more details revealed when it appeared on AnTuTu. According to the benchmark, the Meizu 20 Pro is listed with the model “M2391”, which corresponds to the codename M391Q, by which the cell phone was previously listed.

As we can see, the Meizu 20 Pro listed on AnTuTU has 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage, a 120 Hz screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels.

The processor is 8 cores and is believed to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, although the CPU and UX results are lower than expected. This can be justified by system and device drivers, which must still be under development.

In addition, Meizu also revealed some details of the smartphone that will have an ultrasonic fingerprint reader capable of recognizing fingerprints even with a wet finger with a speed of 0.075s, 13 openings for antennas to improve the reception of WiFi signals and mobile data .

The battery should be another highlight at the launch of the device, as according to the manufacturer it was designed to maintain 80% of its capacity after 1,600 daily cycles of full charge.

Meizu 20 Pro appears in image after patent reveals alleged design of the line

Meizu will launch its flagship Meizu 20 line in 2023 and the first image of one of the devices has been leaked, revealing the Meizu 20 Pro. Previously, a patent would have revealed the design of the series.

In the leaked image, you can see the curved back of the Meizu 20 Pro that will have a large camera module with three visible sensors.

At the top of the camera module, you can see the inscription “Sony 50 MP”, indicating the presence of the Sony IMX989 sensor, also used in the Xiaomi 12S Ultra and Xiaomi 13 Pro.

The only information about the specifications of the Meizu 20 line came from listing on Geekbenchconfirming that the standard variant will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform. In a certification from the Chinese body 3C, it was revealed that the Meizu 20 received certification with a 4,600 mAh battery unit with support for 80W fast charging.

Meizu Technology recently received a patent for a new smartphone design. Known for its unique and innovative smartphone designs, this record is estimated to refer to the next Meizu 20 series.

The Meizu 20 has already been seen in video, certifications and benchmark tests and today a Weibo leaker claims to have leaked a video where you can see the smartphone being used. Although the video is low resolution, an image shared by GizChina shows what actually looks like the Meizu 20, according to previous reports.

The video in question was published in the Wuhan region, which means that the leak really could have come from an internal source in China, which gives more credibility to the image, which could have been captured at the physical Meizu store on Chuhe Han Street Street.

Another interesting detail noted in the image is the FlymeAuto interface, an adapted version of FlymeOS for vehicles, which will allow viewing cell phone applications on car center consoles. The interface should be similar to HarmonyOS for vehicles, so we expect the connectivity to be intuitive with many possibilities for use.

With the Meizu 19 probably already cancelled, the Chinese brand showed this Friday (23) the first official video teaser of the new Meizu 20 cell phones, scheduled to arrive in the spring (from the northern hemisphere, naturally, between March and June). Already in the final testing phase, the devices must have Features like 80W charging, Snapdragon 8 Gen 212 GB of RAM, in addition to a remarkable camera that has not had details revealed yet, but is the center of the video teaser released by the manufacturer.

According to the most recent information, the Meizu has been working on two smartphones within the Meizu 20 lineup and the models received 3C certification this week.

According to the preliminary sheet published by the regulatory agency, both the Meizu 20 and the Meizu 20 Pro model must use 80W charger. Also, 3C documentation even talks about wireless charging protocol.

The Meizu 18 family had 40W wireless charging and everything indicates that the new generation can use the 50W option.

Meizu 20 passes through Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and more

The Meizu 20 and its sibling 20 Pro are expected to be released soon as the flagship handset has already passed a benchmark test on the Geekbench platform.

According to the sheet released, the Meizu 20 should hit the market with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processorand it bears the number M2392.

In addition, the chipset works in conjunction with 12 GB of RAM and Android 13 natively.

As a result, the smartphone scored 1409 points in the single-core test and 4199 points in the multi-core test.

Meizu 20 and 20 Pro have leaked specifications and may arrive with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2
