AC Milan are apparently interested in signing Kyle Walker. As the ‘Times’ reports, the Italians want to strengthen their defense department with the 32-year-old Englishman from Manchester City and, in particular, send right-back Davide Calabria into the competition.

Walker hasn’t progressed beyond the rotation player role this season. Most recently, coach Pep Guardiola relied very successfully on a defensive combination consisting of four central defenders. As a result, Walker, who moved to the Skyblues for 52 million euros in 2017, was only on the pitch in 27 of 49 possible games. The England international’s working paper expires in 2024.
