The woman found dead and wrapped in plastic in a man’s room in South Los Angeles this Sunday was identified as Hannah Rachel Collins.
The body of 30-year-old Collins was discovered by the suspect’s mothera 26-year-old Hispanic, whose name is unknown.
The lifeless body was in the man’s room.
The woman detected a distinctive gas odor, prompting her to enter the room. where he stumbled upon the massacre scene.
The cause and manner of death have not yet been established. by personnel from the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
Law&Crime reported that the Police arrived on the scene, in the 2200 block of Wall Street, at about 1:13 a.m.for a report of possible homicide.
At the moment, there is no information on whether the man and the victim knew each othernor how the woman ended up in his house.
It had been two weeks since Collins had celebrated his birthday.authorities in the county said.
The authorities are on the trail of the suspect who has not been located since his mother made the discovery.
