MP requests TSE information from data entry agents in investigation on Seed

By means of a letter sent to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, the Public Ministry has requested that it transfer all the information regarding the data entry workers hired by the electoral entity for the last first round.

According to the Ministry, the petition was formulated by the Special Prosecutor’s Office Against Impunity in the framework of the investigation being carried out against the Movimiento Semilla party.

Although it has not been indicated why such information is required, prosecutor Leonor Morales requested that the names of the data entry workers who were hired in the current 2023 electoral process be provided, by municipality and department. Said information must be sent digitally and physically to the prosecutor’s office.

According to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, said requirement was received by the General Secretary in the morning hours of this Thursday, so it would be transferred to where it corresponds to comply with the requirement.
