A violent crime shakes the city and the region: a man was found dead at his home in Altos de San Lorenzo and his wife was arrested for the bloody crime that would have taken place last Sunday. Now, while the investigation progresses, details of the attack are beginning to be known and it was learned that the victim was identified as Pedro Zárate50 years old.
Zárate was a native of the province of Córdoba, but had lived in the city for a long time. In addition to being a trumpeter, he was an actor and a fervent activist for Human Rights, having been part of the “Teatro x la identidad” cycle, while now he was linked to the cultural center of the Provincial Station, in Meridiano V.
According to his profiles on social networks, he was also married to the alleged murderer since 2011 and had a 5-year-old son with her, who, it is worth noting, was not in the place when everything happened since he was being cared for. of his paternal grandparents.
THE MACABRE CRIME
According to the first details of the case, the 41-year-old woman stabbed her partner, causing several injuries to her body, a deep wound to her chest and mutilating her genitals; and she ran away.
It was the defendant’s own sister who notified the authorities, after the person involved arrived at her mother’s house with bloody hands. The woman explained that the alleged murderer arrived at Gonnet’s house and after not hearing from Zárate she decided to report what had happened.
The investigators who arrived at the house at 28 and 81 found the macabre scene and began an intense search, which first led them to Parque Saavedra, where they found the car used by the woman in her escape; and then to her mother’s house, in Gonnet, where they finally found her.
