Musk vs Zuckerberg: fight will be broadcast on social network, according to one of the billionaires

Elon Musk announced this Sunday that his fight against Mark Zuckerberg will be broadcast on Twitter – a social network that he bought last year and recently renamed X – and that all proceeds will be donated “to charity for veterans”.

For her part, the executive director of the social network, Linda Yaccarino, commented this Sunday that she would release her schedule for that fight, which was first announced in June.

However, for the moment, the executive director of Meta, Zuckerberg, has not commented on it on his social networks -Facebook, Instagram and Threads-.

In June, the two billionaires agreed to fight through a series of social media posts on their respective platforms, with Musk even going so far as to mention that this fight could take place in Las Vegas or at the Colosseum in Rome.

However, it was never clear if it was all a joke or if the opponents were being serious.

According to the specialized press, the president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) mixed martial arts company, Dana White, has been mediating between the two.

Musk, 52, has been training with Lex Fridman, a computer scientist passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and with UFC champion George St-Pierre.

For his part, Zuckerberg, 39, has come to win mixed martial arts (MMA) fights and recently shared on his networks that he has installed an octagonal ring in his garden.
