However, little by little the details of the break are revealed. Beatriz Cortázar, collaborator of ‘El programa de Ana Rosa’, from Spain, revealed that the couple said minutes before ending their romance.
According to Cortázar, it all began after the socialite returned home after midnight, something that MVLL did not like, who rebuked him for his departure.

“The night of the champagne brand party, Isabel returned home at around 12:45 a.m. She had been home for almost an hour (…) meanwhile, she was talking to a friend on the phone. She was telling him about the party and, at that moment, Mario Vargas Llosa appears in the bathroom. He had just woken up because he stays up late and thinks it’s 3:00 a.m.”.

Beatriz Cortázar continued with her story and expressed that Vargas Llosa was angry at the departure of her partner, to whom she spoke in a defiant tone.
