More or less substantial rumors about the future of Evan N’Dicka (23) have been circulating for months. One track led to FC Barcelona, then others to Italy – sometimes to Inter, sometimes to AC Milan, and most recently to AS Roma. A decision in poker about the French central defender is still a long time coming.
The only thing that seems clear is that Eintracht Frankfurt should have no chance of an extension. On the other hand: So far, N’Dicka has simply not responded to the advances of the Hessians – there was no clear refusal on his part. That’s why those responsible for sports director Markus Krösche want to make a clean sweep in the coming days.
According to ‘Bild’, there will then be clarifying talks with the players. N’Dicka’s game of hide-and-seek should come to an end, and the defender should at least position himself clearly in terms of farewell. Then there will finally be clarity on the Main. Where N’Dicka will go after that is another matter – and not that of Eintracht.
