Until April 19, 2023Canal Plus is setting up an offer Rat+ “check the size of the offer”. A non-binding subscription that does not only concern the group’s encrypted French television channels. The idea is rather to brew very broadly by incorporating the main current SVOD platforms. A pack consisting of 6 Canal+, Netflix, Disney Plus, OCS or Paramount+ channels. To subscribe to the Canal Plus Rat+ offer, there is nevertheless one major condition: be 26 years of age or younger. The subscription can be used both at home and outside. Everything included in this pack is available through PC, mobiles, consoles and smart TVs. But also Apple TV, boxes connected under Android TV and Fire TV.
You will be able to watch, with the same Canal+ account, two screens simultaneously in 4K UHD quality… but not for everything. This Canal+ Rat+ offer is displayed at the price of 19.49€ per month, without engagement. It is therefore cancellable at any time. A very low price since if we take the different elements separately, it is cheaper than the combination of Netflix and Disney +. Without even counting the other platforms or channels that we find in it.

What if you subscribe to certain platforms?
What if you already have one or more SVOD platforms like Netflix and Disney+? Here is the detailed explanation for these two examples:
It is quite possible to subscribe to the RAT+ offer if you are already a subscriber to Disney+. After subscribing to the RAT+ offer, you will receive an email inviting you to activate your Disney+ account, all you have to do is enter your usual identifiers and your subscription will be put on hold in favor of the subscription via CANAL+. You will thus recover your profiles and preferences. On the other hand, if your Disney+ subscription was taken out via an external supplier such as Google, Apple, etc., the subscription is not cancelled/paused automatically but you will receive a “manage my subscription” communication from the external supplier to cancel it. and only keep the Disney+ subscription via CANAL+. So you won’t pay twice.
If you are already a Netflix subscriber, it is quite possible to subscribe to the Rat+ offer. After subscribing to the RAT+ offer, you will receive an email from CANAL+ inviting you to activate your Netflix account, you just need to enter your usual login details to transfer your subscription to the CANAL+ subscription and thus recover all your profiles and preferences. You will therefore no longer be billed by Netflix for the duration of your CANAL+ subscription.
