This week debuts the Sweet Tooth series second season. The Sweet Tooth series is a gripping story set in a post-apocalyptic world where the Scourge, a mysterious disease, has devastated the human population. At the center of the plot is Gus, a boy-deer hybrid who is held captive along with other hybrids by the Last Men, who seek to find a cure for the disease. Gus agrees to help a prisoner doctor in exchange for his friends’ freedom, and begins a dark journey to discover his origins and his mother’s role in the events leading up to the Great Unraveling. Meanwhile, outside, a man named Tommy Jepperd and Aimee Eden work together to free the hybrids, but secrets threaten to strain the partnership. The series is based on the comics by Jeff Lemire
