Colo Colo continues to give its youngsters the opportunity to gain experience outside the club to find the necessary continuity. A couple of them have already been made official in other Chilean soccer teams, such as the cases of David Tati in Copiapo, Matias Colossi in Puerto Mont, Danilo Days with Recoleta, among others.

Nicolás Garrido will continue to compete in Primera B.

One of the new athletes confirmed this Wednesday to compete in the Primera B tournament was the defender Nicolás Garrido. The central defender arrives at the club from San Felipe Union coming from a step by Fernandez Vialwhere it ended up descending.

“All the red-and-white people wish you a kind welcome to Unión San Felipe. Nico, this season we are united”was the confirmation that they gave the defender formed in Colo Colo for this year’s season.

The 20-year-old footballer played a total of 20 games with Fernández Vial’s shirt in the Primera B last year, where he added important continuity by adding nearly 1,400 minutes on the pitch throughout the tournament.

His only match in the Primera División was with Colo Colo in the defeat suffered by the albos against Ñublense by five to one in Chillánwhere he could not appear with his usual players due to COVID-19 infections.
