The Nintendo Switch Online + Additional Pack welcomes four new games that should please retro fans and/or those nostalgic for the Mega Drive.
Nintendo Switch Online’s catalog of retro games continues to grow. Each month new titles are added, finally especially for the more advantageous formula which gives access to the productions of the N64, the SEGA Mega Drive and the Game Boy Advance. Lately, Big N has been hitting hard by adding highly requested games including Metroid Fusion and Pokemon Stadium. So now four new games have been added.
Four new games for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack
The advantage is still for Nintendo Switch Online + Additional Pack subscribers. Lately, the Japanese firm is mainly deploying new retro games reserved for its highest subscription plan. An offer that still gives access to titles like Mario 64 and Zelda Ocarina of Time to name a few. Those who have a classic subscription will have to wait a little longer before seeing new arrivals. Four new Sega Mega Drive games have been added. Again, not everyone will be able to enjoy it.
- STREET FIGHTER II’ SPECIAL CHAMPION EDITION : a must in its time. This ultimate edition of the second episode of the saga allows you to take part in fights with eight legendary fighters while the four bosses of the are unlocked immediately at the start of the game.
- Pulseman : platform and action game less known to us. The title takes place in a futuristic version of the year 2015 where a scientist plans to conquer the galaxy. It was without counting on a little electric guy ready to do anything to stop him. A vibrant side-scroller from Game Freak, to whom we owe the Pokemon games.
- Kid Chameleon : it was a bit of the trendy game of the Mega Drive in its day, it is now available in the Nintendo Switch Online + Additional Pack. This side-scrolling action game features a hero who enters the virtual world to free children who are trapped there. A character who can take on different faces (up to nine) to overcome 100 levels.
- Flicky : arcade game with an adorable blue bird who later became a recurring character in Sonic The Hedgehog. In this platform game, the player must bring his sparrows back to the nest before they are devoured by the cats.
