According to several serious sources, we should no longer expect very big surprises once The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is released.
More big games while waiting for the Nintendo Switch 2?

In other words, the next Mario, Xenoblade, Animal Crossing and other strong franchises of the brand would arrive only on Switch 2. This does not mean that there will be no more crispy games to put in your mouth, but nothing “important for a while” emphasizes Christopher Dring. In other words, Pikmin 4, Metroid Prime Trilogy and everything related to remasters or smaller licenses would fill the Nintendo Switch catalog while waiting for its replacement.
