According to reports, the error appeared on the screen whenever someone tried to make a payment via Pix. Alternatively, the bank had the option of performing a TED, which also performs real-time bank transfers.

Despite the uncomfortable situation, fintech seems to have acted quickly to resolve it. According to a response to customers on Twitter, the problem has already been resolved and everything should gradually return to work.
“Our team identified an oscillation in Pix transfers, but it has already been resolved”, recorded the banking institution. “Our operations are returning gradually”, he added.
