Fitness trainer Simon Mathis explained in “Vorarlberg LIVE” how you can get rid of your stomach despite tight schedules.

Simon Mathis is a state-certified fitness and nutrition trainer and founder of Mathis FitLife GmbH. Sustainable results when losing weight are the top priority for Mathis, which is why he distances himself from classic diets and looks after each customer individually. With his self-developed program, the personal coach promises weight reduction without effort.

“The concept is primarily aimed at people who have little time for the gym, for example due to a full-time job,” explains Mathis, who has looked after over 600 customers with his eleven-strong team over the past four years. “Our results should remain, even after the customers have stopped working with us,” says Mathis on Friday evening in conversation with Vorarlberg LIVE moderator Pascal Pletsch.

Nutrition plays an important role in the concept. In order for weight loss to be successful in the long term, the program relies on the 4-S rule: “It has to taste good, fill you up, be simple and socially acceptable.” It is also important that you consciously treat yourself to things. “As a result, when it comes to nutrition, it is no longer a big sacrifice, but is easier for many to do,” says Mathis.
