Serious allegations against the rock legend!
His name shimmers like no other, but Steven Tyler (74) is now threatened with a deep fall. The Aerosmith singer has been accused of abusing a minor.
The music star is accused of sexual assault, sexual assault and intentional infliction of violence. A woman who calls herself Julia Holcomb has now handed in, according to the US magazine “Rolling Stone” lawsuit against Tyler.
Tyler wasn’t explicitly named in the lawsuit, but there’s no doubt she’s referring to him. Because: Holcomb has spoken publicly about her alleged relationship with the musician in the past.
The alleged victim is said to have been only 16 years old when the then 25-year-old rock guru was said to have had a relationship with her in 1973. The then still very young band Aerosmith released their first album.

Although the alleged acts are almost 50 years ago, they should not be statute-barred.
The lawsuit was filed in California, where there is a temporary legal no time limit for child sexual abuse. However, this rule only applies until the last day of 2022. So until Saturday.
Court documents obtained by Rolling Stone say Tyler knew of Holcomb’s age but allegedly assaulted her. Multiple. Among other things, Tyler is said to have flown her to his show in Seattle in order to have sexual intercourse with her after his performance. He would have let her fly back the very next morning.
Her mother reportedly allowed the relationship after Tyler convinced her to serve as Holcomb’s legal guardian and support her in school.
What’s more, in 1975 Julia would have been pregnant by Stephen. Both should have had a son, but the Aerosmith frontman is said to be Julia Holcomb forced her to have an abortion and threatened to stop helping her otherwise.
After the abortion, Holcomb left Tyler and moved back to her native Portland.
According to the lawsuit, the fact that she had not previously defended herself was partly due to Steven’s power, fame and financial situation. In addition, Tyler always let her believe or made her believe that it was a romantic relationship.

Are the serious allegations true?
Tyler alluded to this incident years ago in his memoir — in his book Does the Noise in My Head Bother You?, the rocker wrote of a “teen chick” he almost married.
“Her parents fell in love with me and gave me full custody so I wouldn’t get arrested if I took her out of state on tour,” Tyler wrote at the time, without naming names.
Words that are strongly reminiscent of Holcomb’s allegations and could now be fatal to the musician. Steven Tyler himself has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
