The American businesswoman announced on Wednesday the birth of her first child, born to a surrogate mother.

The heiress has an heir. Paris Hilton, great-granddaughter of the founder of the Hilton hotel empire, announced the birth of her first child on Instagram on Wednesday. It’s a boy, according to the site People, born to a surrogate mother. The child is from the union of the 41-year-old businesswoman and her husband Carter Reum.

“You are already loved beyond words,” wrote Paris Hilton on Instagram in the caption of a photo, in which the baby’s tiny hand hugs the star’s manicured thumb.

“Our hearts are exploding with love”

“I’ve always dreamed of becoming a mother, and I’m so happy that Carter and I found each other,” she told People. “We can’t wait to start our family together, and our hearts are bursting with love for our little boy.”

Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian and Cathy Guetta congratulated the young parents on Instagram.

Paris Hilton married Carter Reum, an American entrepreneur from Chicago, at the end of 2021. Last December, she confided in their journey of in-vitro fertilization, which began during the coronavirus pandemic. The couple finally appealed to a surrogate mother.
