In this 44th episode, Georges Elkouby, the leader of Isotoner, experienced three days of immersion within his company. During the experience, the business manager, who was the victim of a technical incident during filming, met four of his employees. Objective: to learn more about their working conditions. Three months after the filming of the show, the boss revealed what had become of Muriel, Mili, Malaury and Damien, during an interview with Tele-Leisure.

During his first immersion in Daniel’s skin, the manager met Muriel, sales representative for Isotoner in Alsace for a year. During filming, Georges Elkouby was amazed by his employee’s skills and devotion to the brand. The boss decided to change it. The employee will therefore soon participate in setting up video tutorials to maximize sales pitches. “I stayed in contact with her and we write to each other regularly”reveals the business manager, touched by the story of Muriel, whose personal life had been eventful.

What evolution for Mili?

For his second day incognito, Georges Elkouby met Mili, 38, head of the Isotoner test shop in Neuilly-sur-Seine. “Listening”, “professional” and “in love with the brand”, the saleswoman convinced the boss, even if, according to him, the young woman still lacks certain reflexes to optimize sales. From now on, Mili participates in the selection of the products she offers in the store and will also attend the brand’s sales seminars..

What happens to Malaury and Damien?

Finally, for his ultimate infiltration, the leader went to the Isotoner distribution center in Cantal. On site, he followed Damien, a Belgian storekeeper, and Malaury, a versatile employee. Alongside the two employees, the business manager noticed that the ergonomics at work needed to be improved and that their way of working sometimes seemed archaic. Now, Malaury and Damien are part of a think tank on the logistics development to be made within the warehouse..

These new measures taken the day after the filming of Boss Incognito

After the broadcast, Georges Elkouby proceeded to an overall increase in wages in the company : “I negotiated with the shareholders who were not difficult to convince”, he explains. And to add: “I also gave an extra week of paid vacation to the entire sales forcewhich was a big financial effort for us”. Another point of improvement: “The computerization of certain departments which were still too manual and outdated”, says the manager. Finally, it was important to him to reduce the use of plastic in his company: “I have taken the necessary measures to recover certain materials from displays and limit waste. I also made my Marketing team work to transform our plastic packaging into cardboard”he concludes.
