The coordinator of insubordinate France was the guest of BFM Politique this Sunday, to address the pension reform project, two days before a new day of mobilization. For Manuel Bompard, the government must give up so that the country is not blocked.

Guest of BFM Politique this Sunday, Manuel Bompard, coordinator of LFI affirmed that he will support a possible renewable strike. “If it is the only solution, as the majority of French people think, to obtain the withdrawal of this reform, I support it”, regretting a “government which does not listen to anyone”.

Manuel Bompard will support “the employees” if they decide to vote for the renewable strike, adding that he prefers “that the government listen to the massive mobilization of the French”.

“Those who are irresponsible are the government”

“If you don’t want the country to be blocked, the small government minority must renounce this reform,” he said.

“Do not start saying that the people who are moving to oppose this reform are irresponsible because they will prevent you from going on vacation. Those who are irresponsible are the government”, assured the coordinator of France Insoumise.

Several trade union organizations have already projected themselves on the post-January 31st. This is particularly the case of the CGT Cheminots and SUD-Rail, which are planning two consecutive days of strike on January 7 and 8 and a renewable strike from mid-February.
