Monterrey.- The Attorney General’s Office searched the house where a 6-year-old girl was attacked by a pitbull dog, which caused her death, in Galeana.

Personnel from the Public Ministry, with elements from the Institute of Criminalistics and Expert Services, supported by agents of the Ministerial Police, searched the property located on Allende street, in the San Rafael Community.

In addition to the inspection and search for evidence, the State Environment Secretariat, which also participated in the search, secured the pit bull dog.

The search is part of the investigation into the death of the girl Nahomi Jocelín.

On Monday night the minor was attacked by the dog while she was sleeping.

Her mother managed to rescue her from the animal, taking her to the San Rafael clinic, where her death was reported around 01:50 on Tuesday.

The dog is owned by the man, a partner of Nahomi Jocelín’s mother.
