Mexico City.- President Andrés Manuel López Obrador boasted of his reforms and said that the judiciary can no longer block them and stop the transformation, because his government continues to do justice.

In the morning, the federal President listed the reforms that his Administration has promoted.

“Then, fortunately, the constitutional reform was carried out, the National Guard was created,” he said.

“The second, which I consider very important, is the revocation of the mandate, which has already been carried out.”

“The third important reform is that there is no longer jurisdiction for the President.”

“Another very important reform, that corruption has already become a serious crime, which it was not, that is, the one who stole could get out on bail.”

“The one that pleases me most of all is that we managed to make the pension for the elderly, the pension for children and children with disabilities, and the scholarships for students from poor families a constitutional right.”

“So, those are the reforms, the electoral one that was left pending, because the electoral law that was approved has to do only with administrative issues, not with the substance, because the conservative bloc did not want the number of deputies to be reduced as We were proposing it, of 500 or 300, he did not want to remove the multi-members, he did not want to reduce the INE budget by 10 billion pesos, he did not want the INE directors, instead of being elected by the parties, to be elected by the people , but that is already pending”

And then he said that he has nothing to fear that the Judiciary stop any of his laws.

“So, the truth is that we have nothing to fear in terms of blocking the Judiciary. If that were their intention, I don’t think they are thinking of stopping the transformation. But if that were their intention, absolutely nothing would happen, because we continue to do justice,” he concluded.
