Quora has launched a new initiative called Poe, which is a chatbot similar to ChatGPT or Bard, but with a different mission: to facilitate the use of other chatbots or artificial intelligence-based platforms. Currently available as a website and iOS app, Poe offers several chatbots that users can interact with directly from its interface. Among them are:

Poe: the free tool to create your own chatbot in a few steps
Following the success of the application, Quora now offers the creation of conversational robots for its users via the “Create a Bot” button.
According to Adam D’Angelo, the CEO Quora, just enter a request in Poe’s interface to program your own AI, using one of the two existing bots, ChatGPT or Claude Instant, as a base. The robot can be programmed in a few seconds: it would just be necessary to enter a request which will serve as the basis of its personality, to give it a name, then to converse with it directly via a unique URL.
The CEO of Quora suggests interacting with a chatbot that speaks like a pirate, another that helps you learn a foreign language, or even a robot that only speaks in emojis. It indicates that the users who create the best bots will have their creation highlighted in the interface, and that all the robots created will be accessible to other Internet users.
Finally, he explains that users will receive feedback on the use of their bot in order to gradually improve it. It also clarifies that the company bears all costs related to the operation of the AI.
