The National Weather Service is forecasting afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms in the Bay Area on Monday.
These conditions are likely to extend into Tuesday morning.
Due to the low’s southerly location and counterclockwise flow around it, showers are likely to approach the Bay Area from the east and southeast and move to the west.
