About Cadaverina Julio Izaguirre wrote: The detective story was lacking Cadaverinaa lack now filled (musically and sensationally) by Nelson Llanes with his lifetime book. Another twist is given by the author of Subpapeles to this literary subgenre, contributing something to it: a brand new vision of crime, hygienic and aesthetic, antioxidant and counter-criminal. Come on, reader: death is beautiful, and if it is produced by other people’s murderous hands, even more so. Then it is Beautiful, with a capital B! So are his, the criminal and orchestral hands of Nelson Llanes, whose Cadaverina (in its many and never well-considered aseptic variants) is incomparably better off dead than it was in life, a Cadaverina conformist, pleased and grateful with these Llanesian ankh songs.
