Manifestaciones Brooklyn.

Now we move on to Brooklyn, where more than 200 people were arrested Tuesday night during a protest in favor of the Palestinian people.

Cries of “Not in our Name.. not on our dime” were heard, or Not in our name…not with our money.

The Jewish Voice for Peace organization held an outdoor Passover event at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn.

They marched to demand a ceasefire, and protesters managed to advance to the home of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, whom they urged to stop funding and sending more weapons to Israel.

These arrests occurred on the same day that the Senate approved a $95 billion foreign aid package, which will be sent to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan.

of which 26 billion will go to Israel.

We are still waiting for President Biden to sign and approve that package.
