Stellantis took advantage of the start of Agrishow, the largest agricultural technology event in Brazil, to completely show its new large luxury pickup truck: the RAM 1500 Limited. The model, which will be launched in our market in the coming weeks, has important differences in relation to the RAM 1500 Rebel, which has already been on sale in the country for some time.

The idea of the RAM 1500 Limited is to be a little more refined than the Rebel, and this is evidenced by its more classic American pickup design, with lots of chrome and a completely different grille, which conveys more robustness, leaving sportiness to the ” rebel”.

Inside, according to RAM, the finish is also more luxurious, in addition to bringing some more comfort and convenience items when compared to the 1500 Rebel, but which will still be revealed at a later event. As standard, however, we can expect many of the driving and entertainment features seen on the previously released pickup truck, such as a 19-speaker Harmam/Kardon sound system, rear view mirror with camera, full ADAS package and 12-inch multimedia system.

In addition, according to the brand, the pickup will have, for example, five-level air suspension, which automatically adjusts the height of the car according to the load, 22-inch wheels and reclining rear seats.

In mechanical terms, the two RAM 1500 are the same. It is a set with a 5.7 HEMI V8 engine with 400hp and 56.7 kgf/m of torque, running on gasoline and with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

RAM 1500 Limited: When does it arrive and how much will it cost?

The new RAM 1500 Limited should arrive in Brazil in the coming weeks and be priced close to that of the Ford F-150 Platinum, recently launched in the domestic market. We hope for something in the region of R$ 500 thousand.
