Rebel Moon: a grandiose fresco?
The next Netflix production from Zack Snyder, Rebel Moonwill be a sci-fi feature film “at the crossroads of Star Wars and Akira Kurosawa’s The Seven Samurai”. Why Star Wars? Because basically, it was presented as such to Lucasfilm, which obviously declined the director’s proposal. And Kurosawa? Why not ?!

I can’t say much about Rebel Moon, but I will say that Zack is a director who really loves what he does. He does it with such enthusiasm, he handles the camera, he’s up front with everyone, and the universe he’s created is fantastic. I think people will love the action. The actors worked very hard on the stunts, and it’s going to be really beautiful. It’s going to be epic, and that’s all I can say.
