The Potsdam city administration has been offering further IT services since Monday afternoon. The city announced on Monday that the vehicle registration office can be used again. From now on, car dealerships and private users can access the services again, it said.
The technical interface between the Federal Motor Vehicle Office and the city administration has been restored since today, according to the administration. Accordingly, vehicles could be registered or deregistered in the Potsdam administration again with immediate effect. Changes and additions are also possible again.
The citizen service can also offer other services. Since the interface to Bundesdruckerei has been put back into operation, residence registrations and deregistrations are now possible. In addition, personal documents can be printed again.
The council information system, which is used in particular by city councillors, is not yet back in operation. There you will find applications, inquiries and information on committee and city council meetings as well as other political bodies.
