Remitly, an international money transfer company, conducted research to understand the
professions for which people would be prepared to leave their country of origin. This study, based
on the analysis of queries made on Google, focused on nearly 200 different professions. THE
The results of this survey are instructive and provide an interesting insight into the
aspirations and dreams of many workers. It should be noted that the methodology used for this study is simple.

Remitly also shared a map of the world in which are displayed, thanks to a
color code the most wanted professions by country. We therefore have an overview of the
preferences of citizens by country and can identify the job most sought after by Algerians.
According to this same map, it is the profession of writer that comes up the most among Algerians. Recall
that this profession is ranked second, with 801,200 searches Google per year.
The writing profession offers a variety of careers in which words and imagination are
the key words. It also offers great flexibility since it can be exercised from any
where in the world, and therefore provides a certain freedom, and little commitment. This job is also
seen as highly intellectual, and glorified.
In 75 countries around the world, people dream of becoming writers more than any other
