Ahead of King Charles’ coronation in May, Andrew’s deep fall from grace suddenly finds momentum. While the Duke of York is fighting for his title, Charles III. far more at stake. To make matters worse, it turns out: Queen Elizabeth II apparently left Andrew his HRH titles for private purposes.

Windsor – Prince Andrew (62) reports back from oblivion with apparently great confidence that his miserable reputation could soon be restored. Behind closed doors, his lawyers are working with zeal to overturn the settlement with prosecutor Virginia Giuffre (39), who had accused him of the triple abuse of a minor. Queen Elizabeth II (96, † 2022) had no choice. She officially stripped Andrew of his patronage and His Royal Highness (HRH) title. But how dailymail revealed, apparently a back door remained open.

Apparently, Prince Andrew is pushing King Charles III. for the right to officially use his HRH title again

Through this loophole, Andrew now wants to return to office and dignity. Although the Duke of York was always able to wrap up his deceased mother, he now – to stay in the picture – first has to go to the bouncer King Charles III. (74) over. His argument, which has now found its way to the public: The Queen herself gave Prince Andrew her blessing to use his title HRH privately after she had to exclude him from public life at the height of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

Now the duke is apparently urging the king to be allowed to officially use the title again. But Charles III. struggling, for him the resurgence of the worst scandal in royal history, which experts say has the potential to overthrow the monarchy, comes inconveniently in the run-up to his coronation on May 6th. Advisors urgently warn Charles of the catastrophe he is threatening with Andrew’s mess before his reign has even begun.

Prince Andrew’s fall

Andrew’s royal and military career ended in disfavor after he was forced to pay millions of pounds to his accuser, Virginia Giuffre, in an out-of-court settlement. She claimed he sexually abused her three times in 2001, when she was 17, after she was trafficked by pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew had always denied all allegations.

In an interview with the BBC, Prince Andrew wanted to clarify, but it threatened to become a fiasco for the British royal family: Prince Andrew came up with curious statements that contributed more to the confusion and seemed to burden him than the intended opposite.

The case was dismissed in March after Andrew paid Ms Giuffre an undisclosed sum but accepted no liability.

However, the scandal damaged his reputation and he was later stripped of his military titles and asked not to use the salutation HRH.

Rumor has it Andrew was pushed into the comparison ahead of the Queen’s platinum jubilee as negative publicity threatened to overshadow everything.

Behind closed doors are King Charles III. and Andrew have been in conversation for a long time, they say

Again telegraph reports, Charles has long since engaged in talks with his little brother, after first stating that Andrews had no chance of social rehabilitation. He is said to have even given Andrew the green light to “pursue some business interests, which would serve the dual purpose of employing him and allowing him to make some money.” It was a kind of test run to let Andrew run with the family at the traditional Christmas service in Sandringham.

The British news outlet initially reported that the King was “considering allowing him to use his HRH title in correspondence, which would give the Duke a huge boost and restore his status and credibility.” Now it turns out, the Queen herself has apparently left Andrew’s royal signature in private dealings. Either way: US lawyers don’t see the slightest chance of Andrew’s request to reverse his settlement. Sources used: news.com.au, dailymail.co.uk, telegraph.co.uk
