This fact came to the attention of the minister of the highest court who contacted the federal judge Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi to promote the pertinent complaint in order to investigate these facts.
“I want to make it clear to the population that we are not going to change anything at all with these pressures. The Court and the judges have to be used to it and continue to act with temperance and protect the rights of the people. If one gives in or becomes a victim, we play the game of all those who play in the subsoil of politics or society,” said Lorenzetti in dialogue with the journalist Eduardo Feinmann in miter radio.
“You have to investigate clearly and that this is clarified as best as possible. We have to warn it because it may be the case that there are calls on behalf of us (the judges) proposing strange things and with that they want to discredit us, ”he continued.
As he evaluated, this type of operation is carried out to put pressure on the magistrates or force them to make mistakes.
