The next evening, Aniss, the child’s father, organizes a patrol in the neighborhood and comes across the suspect: a 16-year-old boy whom he is lynching with three of his friends.
They appear this Tuesday before the correctional court of Roanne for aggravated violence. At the time, the father of the child had explained his acting out at the microphone of BFMTV.
“I shouldn’t have done it but I don’t regret doing it in any way,” he said.
“I beat him up. Luckily my friends were there and I was at least lucid enough to call the police, otherwise I may have gone further,” Aniss said.
The 16-year-old boy had received ten days of ITT after being hit with electric cables. Aniss and his friends had been taken into custody and an investigation had been opened.

The father and his three friends risk up to seven years in prison. For his part, the teenager victim of the beating is to date the only suspect for the aggression of the young child of six years. Charged, he is still remanded in custody and recently continued to deny any involvement.
